Expectations:
Format: Use one of the newsletter templates depending on the amount of information you have to give and how dense the news of the week have (2 templates of 2 min or 4 pages max). You are free to organize it as you wish as long as the dates appear.
Duration: 10 mn without notes
Content:
- relevant news of the past week (related to the English-speaking world) > summarize the essential in abstracts that will serve as revision sheets for the rest of the class, you develop orally what has to be
- vary the topics (cf. categories in the program in the news section of the website) & the areas (Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, the US) as much as the news allow it
- the cartoon of the week
- a vocabulary toolbox
- possibility to add a video extract (the viewing of which is not included in the 10mn of presentation)
How to share your newsletter: Use the droplink of your class below. The format under which you save it should be "FAMILY NAME_First Name_XX/XXtoXX/XX" (XX are for the dates > each week monday to sunday). Ex: PICHON_Marie-Eve_09/01to09/05
